Easy Returns with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

We gladly accept returns. To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your shipment to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA. This allows us to track your return and process it efficiently.

Conditions for Returns:

  • RMA Required: You must obtain an RMA number from us within 30 days of receiving your order before returning any item.
  • Original Condition: The product must be returned in its original, unused condition, including all original packaging, tags, accessories, and manuals. Items not returned in this condition may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Software, Manuals, and Electronic Chart Cards: Due to manufacturer policies, software, manuals, and electronic chart cards are non-refundable.
  • Restocking Fee: For unopened packages of software, manuals, and electronic chart cards, a 20% restocking fee applies.
  • Unauthorized/Fraudulent Payments: In cases of suspected fraudulent or unauthorized payments, please contact us immediately. Returns under these circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis. A restocking fee may apply, and the refund process may be subject to additional verification. We reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of confirmed fraud.

How to Return Your Item:

  1. Contact Us: Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to request an RMA number. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. If you suspect a fraudulent transaction, please let us know at this time.
  2. Receive RMA: Once your request is approved, we will issue you an RMA number and provide instructions for returning your item.
  3. Package Your Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
  4. Ship Your Item: Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely. Please clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Processing Your Refund: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy conditions. Upon approval, we will process your refund within [Number] business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
